Using Generative AI & Community to improve mental health.

We are calling onto people who would like to try a program in which we use AI and community building to improve our relationships with ourselves and others, and reduce the negative impact of mental illness and/or addiction in our lives.

During this program, participants will build a collection of AI-generated artworks that represent their personal memories through weekly peer-led AI Art group meetings.

Participants will also get access to training as to how to use generative AI to create a mental health hygiene in their lives.

If the participant has a therapist, counsellor and/or psychiatrist, we are happy to work with them to holistically increase the value driven from the mental health team. Having a medical team is not a requirement to participate in the program, and the program is not a replacement for such a team.

Welcome

HOW IT WORKS

A.I. ART: PEER-LED GROUP SESSION

The goal is to let artificial intelligence create art out of our feelings.

You become an artist and your emotions become art.

After each session, you can download the artwork you created and start your collection of memories.

If you wish we can create NFTs to immortalise your collection of memories on the blockchain.

A.I. ENHANCED JOURNALING

Outside of the weekly group sessions, we have a daily check-in with an AI that teaches us how to better approach situations with others and ourselves.

The participants will be giving feedback and receiving guidance as to how to use their buddy.
